About Erica

Founder & Learning Experience Designer

Training often fails because it's designed in isolation from where and how the real work gets done.

I learned this firsthand as a learning leader inside an organization where I saw so much knowledge and talent that was unconnected, across onboarding, team collaboration, leadership skills, and subject matter expertise. It was my job to connect those dots to create a full picture of how teams operate day to day.

You need to take the time to gain insight into all those pieces to get a true picture of what the right solution is. Otherwise you end up designing engaging training that sits in isolation from business needs and lasting behavior change. People enjoy the workshop, but nothing changes.

For 13 years I've worked with global organizations across consulting, financial services, and technology to diagnose the real root cause of learning challenges, design the full arc of behavior change, and build the performance support systems that make learning stick beyond a single event.

If you're ready to stop investing in one-off training and start building systems that connect to how your teams do their real work, let's talk about what's happening before and after your teams leave the training room.
